Education and Achievements
Radha excelled in her academic pursuits, graduating as the topper in B.Sc. Computer Science from Mumbai University. She then pursued an MBA in Human Resources from Prestige Institute, expanding her expertise in managing and empowering people within organizations. Currently, Radha is pursuing a Ph.D. in Insurance, focusing on the topic of customer loyalty towards term plans. Her research paper on this subject received recognition as the Best Research Paper, showcasing her commitment to knowledge and innovation

Inspired by his vision and expertise, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey to establish Somaiyaji. Entrepreneurial Vision
With a keen observation of the challenges faced by corporations and employees during the COVID era, Radha identified pain points such as job survival, attrition, retentions, and mass layoffs. This led her to envision a company where professionals, including married women, can work flexibly and utilize their talents without the need for extensive travel. She recognized the demand for virtual solutions that offer convenience and security. Thus, Somaiyaji was established to provide high-quality, timely, and secure services virtually, catering to the evolving needs of individuals and businesses.
